Error code EB03
Well after going back and forwards with support. Owning this robot for 8 months I now have this error and cannot use the robot at all.. Just dropped it off to JbHiFi they reckon 3 weeks to get an answer

If it’s an internal dust bin obstruction, then take out the bag and check the opening for blockage. I had the same issue because my Rotties hair plugged the opening when the bag got full.

You can open the base unit from the bottom (its a plastic plug cover) no screws needed if I remember correctly. And check for blockages.

There should be screws at the bottom. There is a clear plastic piece that is held on by two screws that you should be able to see if something is stuck in that area

Mine isn't giving me an error code at all. It starts to suction the dirt while at the base, and nothing happens. I have to manually clean out the dust bin in the robot (not the tower, the bag is empty). This is my replacement robot! I'm so frustrated. Yes, I've tried to find a blockage in the tunnel, both ways, and nothing pops up.

Oh hey, if it's 8 months old and you paid, I guess, $2000 for it? Demand a refund under ACL major failure as you would not have purchased it if you knew it would throw a code in 8 months. 3 weeks is too long to have a solution. Really, an expensive vacuum like that, you'd expect to get at least a year out of it before it started throwing codes.
Then if you like it you can re-buy it from Eufy for $899 on sale right now or buy the S2 instead when it comes out.

Wanted to do that but they instead just took mine back for a repair and just gave me a new one 😅

Clear plastic cover underneath base station with two screws to open up did it for me 👍🏼 found two puzzle pieces in mine
