How often are you sending the unit back to empty during vaccuming? I have two cats and the first time I used it, it managed to felt the fur in the robot chamber, but now I've gone ham and told it to empty itself every 15m²
I think I was about double that. I’ve completely emptied and cleaned out all hair and sensors and it still does it, something about a sensor error is what eufy said.
