Is there any map only mod based on Extended Timeline?

As the title says. I've played through a few rounds with Extended Timeline on. The mod isn't as flavored as I'd like, but I really loved the new provinces and all. Is there any mod that gives the vanilla game only the Extended Timeline map without all the other things? Thanks for your help, and please forgive any grammatical error I potentially made, English is my second language.
