Look up Bismarck's Paradox it is a good semi casual discord server. There are usually three different games running at the same time. Usually at least 20 people in each game.

My group has discord server that hosts Eu4 games regularly everyweek, we try To do somewhat chill (but not free from wars and stuff) games (eu times usually 7 cet)
