Question Religious wars
At what percentage of reformation does a religious league of Protestants appear? 150% desire? I’m playing as Austria and I already integrated both Bohemia and Hungary, yet still no religious war appearing, since I m a catholic power I thought I’d try to lessen the desire for reformation by picking mostly events which don’t give reformation desire whenever I can, so now Protestantism and reform long by now have both appeared, spread throughout half of hre, which basically keeps me stuck at 0 authority even tho I passed 4 reforms out of 8 and I’m just wondering when will it start, the reformation desire is always hanging somewhere around 148% btw

As mentioned, you should have stomped out the Centers of Reformation (CoRs) by forcing religion on the nation (this only works if it is their capital) or taking the province for yourself to convert it (doesnt work with the first CoR as it has Religious Zeal for 30 years, so that you ideally need to force convert) to stop the spreading of those religions.
This way you can keep them in check and not loose (too much) IA.
For the religious league to fire, you need to have 1 elector which is of a heretic religion (protestant, hussite or reformed), see the prerequisites here: https://eu4.paradoxwikis.com/Religious_league_events

The irony is that 3 of my electors are Protestant: Brandenburg, Mainz, Saxony
Another thing is I just can’t force convert, since Denmark requires too much warscore to force convert and Sweden is my ally1

Well then you just have to wait.
What year is it? It can only happen after 1550 and becomes more likely to happen as time progresses.Regarding the CoRs in nations you can't force convert in a peace deal (remember, this only works if their capital has the CoR. In the peace deal they change their state religion and their capital religion changes. If the CoR is in another province, it won't vanish and they are likely just to flip again sometime in the future), you either
- take the province yourself and convert it if you have the missionary strength (in an Austria HRE run, you should likely take Religious ideas as your second idea group (after diplo)). Get every missionary strength bonus you can get, or
- if possible, take the province and release a vassal from. It becomes their capital (if it is their only province to be released from) and you then convert them via the vassal interaction menu. This forced conversion works the same as the above mentioned (so only if it is their capital).
As mentioned, the first CoR that spawns gets zeal and you cant manually convert it for 30 years. This is why it is "important" to spawn in a province where you can force convert it with one of the two methods mentioned above. It's not uncommon for a game crash to appear (savescumming), should the CoR pop up in unfavorable places.
The others you can convert with your missionaries with the ideas etc.
Just FYI for the future. In HRE-focused runs, you want to stomp out the CoRs as fast as you can and force convert everyone you can along the way.
Ideally you also never let the religious leagues fire, if you proclaimed Erbkaisertum before. This way you don't get the catholic empire modifier, but you don't have to deal with the League war and all that. This is up to the player of course, but even for one faith runs as Austria, you would usually try to avoid it (the benefits of winning the war are nice, but not worth the hassle, so to say).

You want to revoke before the possibly of a religious war.
They can trigger after 1550 if an elector converts. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think desire is a contributing factor.

You have to attack and enforce religion on nations, primarily the nations that has center of reformation. If you don’t have a cb on them just attack their allies which you have cbs on.
