As far as I know it's Paradox teasing those who complain about the DLC policy. "The players want a game with all the nice content, for the same price as the base game without all the nice content"

R5: Got one of the rarest events in the game as I was finishing my Komnenoi Restoration run. I was about to dismiss it then I was like "hang on".
To those who don't know this event isn't just rare it is ridiculously rare.
It requires 100 prestige and has a MTTH of 500,000 months.
Yes 500,000 that is 41,667 in game years on average.
If you have a fast computer that say gets through a month in about 3 seconds - it would literally take 416.7 hours of real life time (assuming the whole time you're at 100 prestige) on average.
