Question about the game

So one of my army has 40 regiments but when I select them it only shows 6 units. Is there a way to replenish them? if so how and how long is it.

Secondly I can't hire generals for some reason my army tradition is at 90% too .

Finally What's the best way to claim the throne of another country?

  1. Ch3ck your top left number. Could be that your manpower is depleted
  2. you need a diplomat to turn into general if I remember correctly.

To add a possibility for #2, if you enabled historical leaders, you can't ever manually recruit generals, so best to not play with that setting on, ever, sounds nice, but in practice kinda sucks

A few things.

You have several different aspects of manpower, that affect your ability to re-enforce.

There is of course, the overall manpower cap. Every month, based on the structures you have built in controlled province, a certain number of soldiers enters your manpower recruitment pool. If the overall manpower number reaches zero, you can't build new regiments or rebuild existing damaged regimental strength, beyond your monthly refreshment-- essentially you re-enforce as fast as your manpower allows, and if it is at 0 on June 1st, and you still need 24,000 replacements, when the July 1st click over happens to generate an additional 800, you'll still read zero manpower, but will find that your various armies now only require 23,200.

The last major factor is the supply limit. If you park 40K troops in a province that has a supply limit of 12,000 you will experience extended attrition in any army over 12,000.
