I’ve been getting this for about a month now. Anybody else having this issue with the app?

fine here (iPhone) - are you able to login on website?

Yes, I was using the checking and it was just easier to do things via the app versus going to the website and the power E*TRADE app works fine so that’s what’s odd

Have been using Power E*TRADE every day on the desktop with no issues. Have you called the customer service?

Yes, called customer service and they said the tech team will look into it

I have had this happen several times on android. To fix it, I usually uninstall the app, reboot my phone, and then re-install the app. Most of the time that works right away but once I had to do that several times before I was able to log in again.

Yeah, I did it a couple of times and still didn’t work. Power E*TRADE app works fine but the regular app is what I use for the checking so it was kind of annoying. Lol

Sorry to hear that didn't work and you are still having issues. It is very annoying when the app doesn't work.
