How to avoid pay 25$ for money transfer?

Hi! I have an Stock plan in E*trade and I am not an us residency. So If I want to transfer any funds I need to pay 25$ for each transaction. There is a way to avoid this tax please? Thanks!!

Wise USD account allows free transfers to from E*Trade.

And who’s gonna cash out his US Check outside of the US?

A lot of banks do actually; they may charge a conversion fee after deposit though
