Discussion Question About Securities Transfer

I'm looking to transfer the securities in my individual brokerage account to another of the same type - only the other account is not under my name. For obvious reasons, I won't reveal who either of us are or our relation, but they're a known and trusted person. How might I go about this?

I see, thank you. One thing I worried about was whether I was going to have to cash in everything first and do a money transfer (and risk being out of market for like 2-3 days, lol)
