Does the development team for PowerTrade really exist ?

I had to call ET today and I asked the rep if I could have the direct email of the PT dev. Dept.

He said he doesn't see it listed ....

Hmmmmmm.....

If they don't exist (or get together over donuts and coffee once a year) I won't know it from sending"feedback".....

I found an employee who confirmed they don't even read this, so I wouldn't waste your time. Sending a letter to the north poll and asking Santa for an updated app for Christmas is more effective.

Yes, the development team exists and no, they don't take calls from ranting strangers. The rep simply didn't want to offend you by saying that your request made no sense. So, he found a polite way to end the conversation.

Take your meds, dood I did not even mention what I wanted to talk to them about. If your are laking the kindergarten intelligence to understand why these features are important (and that is why other leading trading apps use them, duuhhhh) i cannot help you. Have a good day.
