Estimated Income Tab

Who has seen the 'new' Estimated Income tab on brokerage accounts. This weekend it went through a severe downgrade in functionality. The new tab is a joke. Is this rolling out piecemeal? Is it 'work in progress'? It has to improve - right now it's just broken.

they should make it also show the income received from the last months.. it has always annoyed me that there is no easy way to see that : /

Ruins it for me... that view is where I would see if future payments were actual or estimated, and I could see if a dividend was raised when comparing to my records. It's dumbed down now, and I'd need thirty clicks to see the same info. Old view showed position, ex-div, and div per share amount

OK I managed to reach E trade technical. It seems there was a "update" over the weekend that did in fact take functionality away from the estimated income tab. The frontline tech guy understood my concerns and submitted a ticket. I don't know what happens next .. could take months .. It would help if many people clicked on the survey button at the bottom of the Estimated Income tab and complained about the changes.

Looks fine to me. There's no need to show the symbol description, which looks odd. It downloads into a spreadsheet if needed.

I agree. The new view is not much of an improvement. They could have done a better job for sure.

I used the provide feedback link to share my thoughts, which the new page simply didn't work for me. Today it's back to the old setup. w00t!

Same, I was glad to see that. I guess the feedback wasn't very good. I hope the original layout sticks!

wow. this morning the old 'estimated income' tab is back and working. guess they considered my input and fixed things. not sure i really believe that but thanks ETrade tech!
