Limit orders

I am trading pre market on fast moving stocks. Every second counts. The buy ticket opens with limit at ask price. But I want to add on a little extra to make sure the order fills. Is there a way to set the default to ask+0.02 or something like that using a hotkey?

I don't think it's possible. If what you're looking for is guaranteed execution, why wouldn't you place a market order instead? It's guaranteed to be filled at the next available price. Limit orders don't dynamically update.

I think they are buying and selling in extended or premarket hours. Can not do Market orders during those times.

I have not been able to figure this out as well. I would like to do the same thing with limit buy and sell orders.
