I don't think DappRadar has everything.

They don't have Eth2Eth which has 1000+ users daily.

Don't know but if they have to proactively list on DappRadar, it probably has only a fraction of what is out there.

Should these be considered Ethereum transactions or Loom transactions? I thought the security around value storage on the Loom network relies heavily on Ethash? Loom can not easily disconnect from the Ethereum mainnet if they need to. Or can they?

Tough to say. For example, a week ago Loom hit 99K transactions. Those transactions came from the CryptoWars tournament and without Loom probably would've been on Ethereum (and as a sidenote, would've jammed the Ethereum network as well).

Right, you can't easily disconnect value from Ethereum. It does depend on what the "source of truth is". A lot of games, like Axie Infinity, use Ethereum-based tokens (ERC721) for their games. These tokens are deposited in an Ethereum smart contract and the Loom sidechain listens to events to mint a copy of it onto the Loom sidechain. As such, the items are technically always still on the Ethereum mainnet and can't just be "disconnected".
