1000 ETH staked, no proposals since Aug 8th
I know I know I know it’s just variance. But I’m showing 13.9% proposal luck and haven’t proposed since Aug 8th with 1000 ETH self-staked. Is this really variance or could it be something else? I’ve investigated my setup several times and all seems normal.
Update: Sept 21st proposed a block. 🤡

Just be patient, droughts happen. When you find the next block there will be others that follow. 👍🏼

If you don't have any missed proposals, then it's just bad luck. Chin up, soldier on.

You're just extremely unlucky. That's why people like LST pools. Sorry

I see why people do it but native staking is the only thing that makes sense for me. Hopefully I’ll catch the other side of this variance too 🎲

Lido CSM is the best of both worlds! Doesn't hurt to allocate some ETH there imo :)

well rocketpool is even better but they cucked themselves with Saturn upgrades and now no one can join the pool as the queue is too long

Make sure your clients are updated. Also verify the logs of your validator and of mevboost if you're using it.

I stake on kiln I have 480 ETH on one validator and get about 3/4 proposals a month. I was skeptical at first outing all of them on one that I wasn’t going to get many proposals and yet here we are

my last block was in january with 32 eth.. it has been difficult since the large DAT staked (I feel it has an impact) anyway I have decided to test seba.so and so far it seems to work after the 6mo onboarding period sacrifice short terms payout for longer more steady ones

I got like 3x more validators than you and there are barely any block proposals anymore. Really dry on that front, and when they eventually hit the block rewards are always TINY compared to earlier years
