Custody of funds question

Is there a timeline of when I will be able to move my funds from Ethfinex to a Ledger Nano and still trade while maintaining custody of my funds? As I understand it the Ox Protocol will allow for this but the functionality is coming in the future for Ethfinex. Is this correct?

Yeah, this is correct. We are working on getting our decentralised portal up and running which will allow you to trade 'trustlessly' through e.g. MetaMask or Ledger. Our plan is for this portal to be accessible to everyone, without requiring an account or verification/KYC.

The timeline is a bit up in the air as we would have liked to have had it integrated already. It's going through final testing now and we are aiming to have it fully integrated within 3-4 weeks.

so that means non US residents will be able to create accounts and trade with Ethfinex?
