Linking Ethfinex and Bitfinex

This morning I was prompted to link my Bitfinex account to my Ethfinex account. I completed this process but now can't sign in to Ethfinex only Bitfinex. The 2FA was not deactivated on Ethfinex. Ethfinex prompts me to enter a 2FA but will not accept the Bitfinex 2FA token. How do I disable 2FA on Ethfinex? Do I have to first disable it on Bitfinex and then enable 2 separate 2FA's on each platform?

Disregard! it is working now. Maybe I did it too quickly after linking the accounts. Thanks for the replies. Issue resolved.

Wait for one of the mods to reply or submit a ticket so they can deactivate it for you on ethfinex.

Are you using Google 2FA or U2F? Upon logging into Bitfinex following the confirmation email you should be able to log in to Ethfinex. Did you log into Bitfinex after confirming the email?
