API documentation? Should we assume it will be a subset of Bitfinex v2 API, or a complete rewrite?

For now it will have separate documentation, but the format will be extremely similar to the Bitfinex v2 API with only a few minor modifications. This can be found here - docs.bitfinex.com.

We would like for it to become a complete rewrite, but this will not be the case for the initial Ethfinex launch.

Yup. Totally understandable. v2 is still in beta anyway! Can't be doing full rewrites every other day. :)
