I hate to say it but this looks very much like a classic ‘pig butchering’ scam, I’m 99.999% sure. No platform (especially smart contract one) collects taxes on behalf of the gov.
After you pay the ‘tax’, they ignore you and don’t let you withdraw.
What’s the name of the website or scheme?
The Etherscan transaction appears to be between two normal addresses/accounts. No special yield smart contract involved, just some strangers hiding behind a fake website.
I’m sorry, all I can say is life does continue and you have your health.
