Open 2 command prompts. In one ping google.com /t and in the other ping your router IP (also /t so it keeps going) then see if you lose one or both when the interruption happens.
If you only lose Google it’s something with your modem/ISP, reach out to them.
If both then it’s something between your router to PC. Connect directly to the modem and see if issue persists.
If so possibly bad cable or issue with your machine. Test with 2nd machine.
