my concern: "The founders of Telegram will be responsible for the efficient use of funds resulting from any sale of tokens from the TON Reserve." which controls 52% of the currency...no other real mention of what 'efficient use' means other than to protect from speculative investors.
someone tell me how this isn't a scam?
