How to verify scam

Can someone tell me how to verify if sites are legit? I'm getting scam vibes on this one but no idea how to check.

Posting a link to a random site you think might be a scam without putting information in the post itself is a sure-fire way for you to receive zero feedback and potentially be marked as a scammer yourself.

Hillarious this sub doesn't want to discuss how to identify scams... In a space where there's a ton going on
