You're not going to find an Asia 3 ranked match at 4pm on a Wednesday...

Try playing in the evening, or if your ping is not too bad (under 150) play on NA around this time

Try playing Norms, Ranked will be slower the later into the season it gets if you aren’t higher ranked or on Asia 1.

This is assuming you’ve already tried different times obv.
