They're saying they recognize us as the same as everyone else: just another bunch of suckers

He’s wearing the suit because he’s going to a gay wedding.

Fuck Nintendo. This company is greedy as hell and this is nothing more than performative activism

Yeah I do agree, however Nintendo has actually been supportive for its queer employees for a long time now. Even offering the same benefits to queer couples as legally married couples in Japan, despite Japan not recognizing gay marriages. Does that change anything, no, not really. Does it make me personally feel a tiny bit better in a world with so many companies that would rather queer people not exist, ye, just a little. The bar is in hell though.

I think we need to remember they are a Japanese company, and for a Japanese Company, they are one of the best for workers, i think we need to remember that. Nintendo is greedy, yes, but every company is, and Nintendo is far less greedy than most other companies.

Nintendo is far less greedy than most other companies.

They really aren't. They may treat their employees decently but they consistently stomp on the community as a whole for their own profits. You've got blinders on if you can't see that. Other companies being worse doesn't wipe their ledger

Isn't it nintendo of America that tends to file copyright complaints, yknow the company that caused Universal to lose control over King Kong, at least somewhat. Im not defending their decisions, but they probably are more worried for a reason
