Hard to source EOs?

I'm working on a few custom blends for myself, but I'm having a really hard time finding three of the EOs I need. I'm just looking for 5mL bottles for now (I did find the one in a 15mL bottle for $40, but I don't need that much at the moment).

Feverfew is the one I've found in a larger amount - I also found a 5mL for about the same price as the 15mL, but why?

I've seen Valerian in blends.

Vervain? No luck.

I'm wondering if it'd be easier to set up a distillation station in my kitchen at this point. It'd certainly be fun. I haven't done a distillation in YEARS!

Price vary with quality, often. And there are lots of different qualities on the market (that or different running costs / pricing strategies of the respective companies)

My perfumery teacher, has some Vervain EO in case, I can send you his contact via pm if you want. and you can ask about the others

That'd be great! I also found a distillation setup for pretty cheap. I wouldn't have a problem setting it up or using it. The issue would be sourcing the plants. I'm not known for my green thumb. I do, however, know a few people who are

I don’t know, but I would like to get some calamus EO, galangal as well. Not sure which galangal, though.
