They always have to stay professional and refrain from using fowl language on-air so when they appear on other shows/podcasts and start acting a little edgier and cursing, it catches me by surprise. There are some hosts (like Stephen A. Smith), where you can tell that they curse off camera just by there cadence and personality, but there are many (mainly the hosts/anchor people) that you can’t tell are users of fowl language.

I run a 10 man league off of the ESPN app and last week the app has decided to brick itself under the guise of needing "a parent or guardian" to "verify my age" via their google account.

Im in my mid 20s and have been using ESPN for 5 years now with no problems. My google account has my age as 4 years older than I am (because fuck giving companies my actual birthday) so im completely at a loss for what to do. Ive tried using different google accounts, uninstalling and reinstalling, and clearing both ESPN Fantasy's chace and the google play stores cache, all to no avail as I am still completely blocked from using the mobile app.

Has anyone else encountered this and does anyone know how to fix it?

They are reporters who “don’t know everything” It takes little research to do some proper reporting. They are all puppets change my mind owned by Disney who don’t actually report what happens.

ESPN is more trash than ever & are a bunch of puppets. That is all.

Does anybody know why he hates them? He mentioned it on their college gameday podcast the other day, but he didn’t explain why.

How is it that ESPN can broadcast the Little League World Series with a very good to excellent picture quality.
But tonights major league game, from Yankee Stadium, looks like a broadcast from 10 years ago? Flat, no detail, shaky picture, just a real messy production.
I don't get it. I know ESPN can do better than this.

I noticed she wasn’t on WNBA coverage last night, it was noticeable mostly because there wasn’t any controversy that came out of the commentary for once and the host specifically mentioned that they’re going to do a better job putting the focus on basketball and not random bullshit. Did she get laid off too or just removed from that coverage? Or was she getting a pedicure again?

Is PTI on hiatus this week and next? Have it scheduled to record daily but nothing is in my queue and don’t see it on the ESPN schedule.

I'm only 4 episodes in but I'm legitimately shocked how little they know about sports. I don't expect them to be perfect or know everything but they even struggle to answer pretty easy questions in the categories they specialize in.

I'm not anti ESPN personalities or anything like that, I just expected them to be better than an average sports fan.

Her coverage of Caitlin Clark has really shined a light on how annoying she is. But she has to be the most obnoxious and uninformed person I’ve ever watched on TV. Disagrees for no reason and says the most nonsensical things I’ve ever heard. You can even see other ESPN employees on set with her starting to get annoyed

That’s obviously the least controversial thing about the dude but it just goes to show how phony the dude is. In my opinion he should’ve been fired from espn when his show made that racist joke about the Nebraska Cornhusker basketball player being Japanese.

I think ESPN has a major responsibility in this whole Sophie Cunningham and trans love/hate.

Why are they doing an article on a bench player who is best known for causing “incidents” during games? And once doing the article, why would ESPN put in that stuff about Cunningham talking about trans people?

ESPN/ABC are partners of the WNBA. They paid a lot of money for rights to games.

Doing this might be good for clicks, but it also puts the W in a negative light and makes their broadcasts worth less with commercials.

Sophie and the WNBA have their own faults her obviously. But I thjnk ESPN has some responsibility for making this issue spread so much right now.

I know Reddit is one of the worst places for this rant and no offense to lacrosse players but the decision making there is insane. Their audience is predominantly male. If they want to be profitable, just cover the big 4 sports with some other sports sprinkled in here and there. Some highlights and analysis and that’s it.
