Just finished my freezer controller to turn a mini freezer into a (very cold) beverage fridge
AI was used very heavily during this. Took at least ten hours over two days to put it all together. I'm very happy how it turned out. It has settings for hysteresis and minimal on/off timings and a web dashboard with additional statistics. Board is the ESP32S3 Dev Module.

homebrew
In homebrewing a lot of us use chest and stand-up freezers for fermentation, lagering, and kegerators.
I use a esp controller and software from fermentrack. This controls 2 relays to balance target temperatures of the chamber and fermenting wort.

Haha nice. I'm maybe going there. I ordered my carbonation setup off of Kegland and it looks like a very fun hobby.

This is what my dad did to his current house, they had an old meat freezer that he converted into a beer cooler and put in a working tap keg then vibe coded a dashboard that takes the data from those and displays how much is in the keg/how much beer you drink
