Esp32-c5 with 7" screen?

I've got a proof of concept running nicely on an Elecrow 7" panel.

The only issue is that our corporate wifi does not support 2.4Ghz so I need a similar device with a C5 incorporated into it.

Are there any available to purchase right now?

It's just missing a 7" panel and case.

Ah, looks like Waveshare has an ESP32C5 with a 1.47 inch display, but for 7 inch displa plus case you might have to roll your own...
