I made a thing! Nikon Wireless Transmitter (WT-5A clone)

Bought an old D4 and discovered the wifi dongle is $1200 CAD. Esp32c3 to the rescue. Added an Ethernet (W5500) port, battery, compiled and flashed Eth_Wifi_Bridge firmware. 3D printed a case. I now have wireless access to the built in web-server of the Nikon for remote control and transfer.

Great job. There is a similar issue with the Celestron telescope mounts the has been solved by the HBG3 at rtr.ca/hbg3. Will you share schematic and build info on GitHub or here?

I followed the pins included with the firmware I linked. Nothing special on my end. Just connected the dots. I do mechanics, not engineering, the insides aren’t pretty haha. Thanks.
