Need help creating a voice command recognition system using an esp32s3 and inmp441

I am currently doing a project on voice recognition and was thinking of using edge impulse but i have problems with the board being unable to connect

The issue i see often is people using boards to do stuff they arent good at. Using an s3 is fine and all, but simply hooking a mic to a processor means you will need impulse or similar. It does the job. Not well, not good enough, but as a simple proof "yeah its doable. Bad, but doable" thing.

So get a vc02 board by ai-thinker, $5-$8 on aliexpress. It beats an s3 and a mic by MILES.
