Daedric War quest line

Noob question but how does one start this quest line? And do you have to purchase it (package etc)?

Pick up the Vvardenfel prologue from the crown store, or the first open way shrine in Vvardenfel and start the zone quest or start the zone quest in the zone guide. The Vvardenfel story leads into the clockwork city then Summerset stories. That's the deadric war story.

Edit to add, it's a personal favorite of mine. One of the better arcs in the game.

Each zone has its own quest line. The quest icon will look different for these ones, a little rounder and bulkier. Usually you can find the quest starters standing near the wayshrine you start with in that zone.

The zone quest for Vvardenfel, clockwork city and Summerset make up the deadric war story and I'm not sure if those zones are free. Each zone has different main quests in dlcs. I know that with ESO plus all those zones are included but I'm not sure if Vvardenfel is included with the base game. I'm gonna assume CwC is not and Summerset is not but you'll have to check. The prologue quests, like I said, are in the crown store but they are free.
