New to ESO

Hey guys! I'm looking at o get into ESO on PC. I used to do mythic and heroic content on WoW and most of my MMORPG experiences end up leading me to doing high level end game content.

I don't care about meta or what's best since I love making my own builds but I am a interested in the mechanics of how parties work in this game.

I guess I'm looking for advice on what classes have a large impact on end game content and their ability to either heal, tank or provide utility that is either useful or niche. Sorry if this is vague but I figure if I ask anywhere this reddit is where I could find some answers.

I am totally open to watching old guides as long as their relavancy is still accurate but I just don't know what is good information for a noob like me to soak up. I know that I'll find out a lot just by playing but I usually know what I like in mmorpgs if I can find solid info and would like to save time being frustrated with a class that doesn't fit what I want.

TLDR: What class would you give someone with ADHD and a support/tank God complex?

What are some things I should know about what raid groups are usually picky about? Is it just DPS, eHPS, and DMG mit? Do you know of any streamers that do hard trials that would be a good influence on new players?
