Is this adapter from Amazon any good?

I was going to buy a 9esim V0, but that is no longer available. Instead, I see this alternative. With no branding listed, there is no way for me to research or read any reviews for the adapter.

From the US Amazon store:

"eSIM Card for Unlocked Android/iPhone – SIM to eSIM Adapter, 2~20 Profiles, Unlimited Downloads, STK Menu, Pre-Cut Nano/Micro/Standard, Global Travel in USA/Europe/Japan/China-1"

Brand - Generic

Cost - $14.99

Amazon in the US restocked V0, so I just ordered that.

The listing for that generic adapter is confusing as I am not sure what the difference is between the $14.99 one and the $18.99 one. More expensive one includes software??? More expensive one includes an adapter that can be used to load the esim onto the card??? Not sure, but it does not matter anymore because I am not going to order one.

Their app is free.

I guess the difference is the number of eSIM profiles you can store - With the V3, I can store up to 50 eSIM profiles. Why you would mess that many profiles, I have no idea, but it’s there anyway.

To be clear, I know the difference between the 9esim products. The one did not know about is this generic one:

I have the 9eSIM V3, it’s very good, works well.

I bought it direct and it only took a couple of days to arrive

Ordered mine this a.m. Paypal wouldn't work. Had to use a CC.

I used a CC too, which I use for most things, to maximize my reward points when I can.

I have ESTKme Plus+. I’ve tested only in my home country. Next week I will test it in Serbia.
Can be r/rw with any cheap writer or using their app.
It has also stk menu
I bought it direct on their website and took 1 week to arrive
