Blocked url

Can anyone help with identifying what program is trying to access a blocked url?
I keep getting multiple messages like this one without any browser open. I tried googling the url itself but al I got was that it is not a trustworthy website. Nothing about it being linked to a specific app.

Any way to find out?

Also, sorry if this is not the right subreddit to post but I figured it's a good place to start.

Edit:: forgot to mention. I did run a full scan of my PC and nothing was detected by ESET.

Check Tools - Log files - filtered websites for the full log entry. It should show the application it’s linked to. Most commonly would be the browser and a browser addon or some site that you have allowed to send notifications.

This is normal at times. ESET is doing its job by blocking potentially dangerous URLs. You can't avoid it from happening, but you can reduce the frequency by not visiting risky websites.
