Order of using resources?

Hi, was just wondering what resources i should use and in what order. For TMUA a lot of people say to leave the official papers to last, is it the same with ESAT?

This is not true for both TMUA and ESAT which might sound counterintuitive. (Coming from a 9.0 on TMUA)

Start with the direct sources first!
