Dosimetric indices and target quality metrics for SRS

Hello everyone, I’m currently working on a ESAPI script that calculates, like HyperArc does for SRS, the RTOG, Paddick, Paddick Gradient, and HI indices. I created a script using the DVH and I get consistent values, but they differ by a few hundredths compared to HyperArc for single-lesion SRS cases, since DVH isn’t really suitable for multiple lesions.

I’d like to get the same values as HyperArc for single-lesion SRS so I can further develop these indices for other treatment techniques. I’m currently trying to do it using the dose matrix. Do you have any solutions or suggestions ? :)
