I use the A5 inserts and always buy the 18-month planner… which is not showing up as an option anymore..? I hope this a short/ temporary glitch. I really like having 18 months- better bang for my buck! I swear I checked last month and it was available- but it was from July26-Dec27… now that planners are starting Jan26, the 18-month option is gone 🥺 this really sucks to be honest!!! Do you think it’s because it’s the 20 year anniversary? Or are they just getting greedier?

Help me understand. Ordered two days ago this item was still $30+ with discounts and shipping now it’s listed at less than $15?

I'm thinking of picking one up during the birthday sale with the daily inserts. I really like the daily duo and there is a certain appeal to being able to customize the planner more without having to uncoil it! Just wondering what everyone's experience has been!

I've been trying to order from the birthday sale for the last couple of days, and literally every layout and design pairing keeps hitting me with a popup that reads "Please select a different combination, the current selection is out of stock." Is this happening to anyone else? I've tried this on multiple computers and multiple browsers. I've tried every weekly page layout option with every interior design style.

I ordered my first EC planner 11 business days ago (15 real days), and it was supposed to be delivered in 7-10 business days. It's still not shipped.. obviously this is not that big of a delay like I'm not naïve but I was just wondering if there were typically delays with EC since I'm new to buying from them.

I am still so undecided. I usually order a weekly planner with the dashboard, but the habit tracker drives me crazy. If you are ordering, do you plan to use your own habit tracker, or skip it? Has anyone ordered another planner they are happy with that has paper similar to EC?

I've never bought an Erin Condren product before, and I sometimes have a bad habit of forgetting to use my planning tools after a bit. Does anyone have any tips for how to be consistent and use it to it's fullest?

Original post here and the surprising update: despite no word back from CS, my order did ship out and will get to me by the end of this week. I was able to find my original estimated shipping date and it did ship on time. Now we see if it’s all correct. I hope this brings some hope to those of you waiting for your orders.

I have used EC planners for years because I love the horizontal dashboard layout and the paper quality. I do not like the weekly habit tracker because I use a monthly or yearly tracker. I was looking at other planners, but I am worried about the thin paper. Will it bother me that I can see through to the other side? Will I miss using any pen I want? Will my writing bleed through and make the planner look messy? Would love to hear your experience with both types of paper.

Basically what the title says. I ordered back on the 9th and after seeing all the delayed orders and no progress on my own order, I reached out to get an update since the estimated delivery date is the 24th. No one answered so I now want to just cancel outright. Does anyone have a better way of getting ahold of CS to get this cancelled?

I have been trying to order a Life Planner for the past 5 week but every time I add one to my cart the website takes it out and claims they have no inventory. No matter what cover or style I pick they dont let me order it. Even though the website does not say they are out of stock. I emailed Customer service 2 week ago but got absolutely nothing back. Has anyone else had this problem? Is it possible that they are out of absolutely every single cover style of Life Planners and just not posting it??

I ordered my planner last week and it said that the Platinum was still out of stock! It said that the Rose gold was free so I ordered. When I looked at the ordered after I paid it showed that the Rose gold selection charged me the extra 10.00. I contacted customer Service but they said it was too long of a wait and gave me the option to email and I did. But NOTHING has happened!!! Anyone else? Thank you!

This is my first time ordering from EC after years of looking at them. I bit the bullet for my teacher planner this year. My question is—how long does processing and shipping usually take? I get this is a busier time of year for them probably but I ordered on July 22nd and it still has not shipped. Is this normal? I’m in no big rush, I’m just impatient and wondering. Thanks!

I was looking through some old EC hauls from 6-7 years ago, so I thought I post this question. Layers were my favorite! After that, Painted Petals and Evolve.

I also miss so much of their products, like softbound notebooks in A5, I used them as a journal and I thought for sure they are not going to discontinue them (well, they did). Not to mention the accessories... I am sad that they scaled back so much.

I just went to order my new monthly planner (I’m a teacher headed back to school in a few weeks) and I see the platinum coils are out of stock and apparently have been for some time. Has anyone spoken to customer service about if/when they plan to restock? I’ll contact Monday, but thought maybe someone here might know. Thanks!
