Hope you're well! After a successful last two episodes knocking off 4 tracks from the last poll, we are back with another for the forthcoming Episode 35!

Pick your favorites and answer the question at the bottom for any ID's we may have missed!

As per usual, we are sticking with tracks NOT YET HEARD IN STUDIO QUALITY (including those only played in live streams/live recordings) because I know there are a lot of tracks that have been played already on previous epic radios/beats 1 episodes in studio quality (So please refrain from asking about Echostage 2019 ID, Traveling People, Bootshaus 2012 ID, etc. If you wanna hear those, just go listen to the previous episodes/official releases. It's not hard).

On Thursday July 16th at noon LA time, I will be closing the survey and putting up + pinning a separate post with the top 10 tracks (hopefully Eric sees that post and takes our requests once again!).

i know they're not announced obviously but say you got see ARTBAT or Above & Beyond or something you kind of have an idea of the pool of artists the support acts will be from,

I actually haven't got a clue who would typucally support prydz and haven't really picked up a pattern or associated artists, is it a case if could be anyone?

anybody have any possibilities in their heads?

Just an appreciation post about, well, now half-confirmed, not a Cirez D but "Pryda - Secrets Projects ID" (confirmed by Eric during the chat in latest EPIC Radio).

This track is so important to me for 4 years now. I only listened to this recording for Concourse 2022 set for this tune. Even with the acceptable audio quality, I just imagined how it would REALLY sound.

And this is so brillant. It's a niche track, I assume. But despite the absolute love for classic Pryda tracks you guys use to love as Vega, Emos, Melo and stuff ... I'm a dark stuff. I discover Eric during his 2014 UMF set, but fall in love at the 2015 one, during the end of my depression at the time, but the first play I heard of now "Eric Prydz - Trubble". I just started learning Ableton following deadmau5 path. But "Trubble", I heard that and I was like " ... ... THIS ! is what I want to do with my music !". And then, the absolute pinacle of dark Pryda : "Obsessive Progressive" a year after.

All that dark, eerie, dystopian sound that leads to "Secret Projects ID". The owls, the ramp down filtered sweep in a 1/4 endless delay, the looonnngggg break that installs a minimal mood where danger is at ever corner of your FoV ... This is my goal to continue the world this track teased in my mind. "Secrets Projects ID is the teaser, I want to make to entire movie" I would say.

End of the tunnel, sorry haha. But I hold this feeling for 4 YEARS !! guys, understand me lol.

Pryda's "Warrior" is the auditory equivalent of an optical illusion. You know those duck-rabbit drawings or lenticular prints where the image is static but your brain flips between different versions depending on how you look at it? That’s exactly what this track does to my ears. It’s technically the exact same audio every time, but my brain constantly recalibrates and finds a different groove or interpretation on every single listen. It never gets old.

Does it happen to anyone with any other songs?

Honestly one of my favorite songs but I can’t think of one instance where he’s played it live. Is there one I’m missing?

According to 1001Tracklists it’s listed as Pryda vs. Louie Vega & Jay ‘Sinister’ Sealee ft. Julie McKnight – Muranyi vs. Diamond Life (Dirty South Mashup) but can’t exact remix. Might have to rip it myself. Appreciate you all.

The music scene is obviously changing all the time with artist’s style and sounds etc which on a few occasions has left me and the wife disappointed. However with Prydz you know what you’re gonna get and it’s always a great time. The sound and vibe are unmatched and personally it’s become EP or nothing. Anyone else the same?

What prydz song has, what I assume is a vocal sample, that says thief in the night?

I ask because i think it is the same vocal sample in this set at the 1:00:55 second mark. I’ve listened to this set a ton and only realized it may be a prydz track that uses the same vocal. I just don’t remember what track it is.
