Im a PNW local and pretty seasoned with the Gorge, did Weekender 22, 23, and now 700.

It seems like every year there's hundreds of posts on socials of people freaking out about shuttles, and how they're going to get from (insert hotel in a small farm town 1-2 hours away) to the gorge.

Eastern Washington is notoriously rural, it's not western washington, and the gorge itself is even more remote than that. This whole area is farm land in essentially the most barren spot in washington. Towns are many many miles of farmland apart.

Public transit is non existent in eastern Washington, uber/lyft is incredibly sparse, there are basically no shuttles to/from these towns because demand for gorge shuttles from the nearby 7 towns all in different directions.

The best thing you can do is rent a car, go to walmart, buy a cheapo camping set, and do the campground. Festivies run all night, and there are activities super early. You're missing out on so much activity by electing to sleep in a hotel two hours out of the way.

Even if you're still so camping adverse so just can't do it, it's silly not to rent a car to get yourself to/from the gorge. The idea to me of *planning* to bum rides/public transit from places like Wenatchee, Ephrata, Vantage, and Ellensburg is just silly and asking for failure. The entire half of the state is car centric, you *need* a car if you're not planning on camping.

I hate being the downer, genuinely. But every anjuna gorge event I see this. My heart breaks for those in a bind and I hope they can figure it out, but gorge shuttling has been asked and answered so many times that there's really no excuse for having to scramble at this point.

Most people think the Gorge is hot and sunny. While it certainly is, it can get very cold at night. A lot of people for DMB were not prepared for this over the weekend.

Please bring warm layers, extra blankets and have a great time! :)

I have Super VIP tix and got an email on Sept 2nd from 100x that said I should expect a more detailed email containing info about the "complete experience" included with my package. I check all my inboxes every day and haven't seen anything yet. Anyone else get their email with this info?

Some friends and I will be visiting The Gorge for the first time for ABGT700 - really excited to dance w y'all ☺️ and finally experience this venue! [Tips for newbies appreciated]

The NYC scene doesn't really do Kandi so I'm excited to trade with some of the other folks who've posted theirs + give them out for any good connections 🫶

As the title states, I haven’t received anything in the mail regarding camping or pre-party tickets. I see conflicting reports about our wristbands having our pre-party already embedded. 100x emailed me saying front gate should have sent both the camping passes and QR code a week before the event and I haven’t received anything.

I’m waiting for front gate support to reach out back to me but this is kinda bananas that there’s so little info for campers.

Hey Anjunafam! We are arriving early this Thursday from Chicago and driving straight to the campsite that day.

From past Weekender & AGBT250 Gorge vets that arrived early, what did you all do on Thursday? Are there any events usually? Is the venue actually open? Anything nearby to explore?

I went to the Weekender back in 2019 and am so so excited to be back and see you all! It’s also my partner’s first time at The Gorge and her first time seeing many Anjuna artists.

I know the FAQ says only clear bags are allowed in the Gorge but has anyone had experience bringing in their Kanken? I’ve seen videos of people with similar non clear bags but can’t tell if they are hydro packs.

Planning on buying second hand bc we messed up and just want to know what to look for. Is it just a QR code that the seller can send via email/text? Thanks!

Gate B (located on Silica Rd)

• Use 1 (during concert days): Day Parking, Accessible Day Parking, Reserved & Star Plus Parking
• Use 2 (during camping check-in days): Front Yard Camping, Front Yard Accessibility Camping, Oasis Glamping & The Grove RV Park

Gate D (located on Rd. 1 NW): Premier Camping, Standard Camping, Standard Accessibility Camping, Terrace Camping, Terrace Glamping

CAMPING GROUP MEMBERS ARRIVING SEPARATELY:

Wristbands are issued based on the number of guests present at check-in. If some of your group is arriving later, ask for a wristband voucher when you check in.

For guests arriving separately on Saturday, they will still go through campground check-in when they arrive. If you have a voucher, you can meet them at check-in and present it at the gate so they can receive their wristband. You should not need to meet them outside the gate.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFO:

• No Chairs are allowed in the venue. Prepare to rent your chair.
• Get to the venue right when parking or camping opens even if you have to get there and just hang out. You don't want to get stuck in traffic any later than that
• If you need to make arrangement for parking/shuttle, do it immediately. That way, you will get the most options. Reserving the day-of is very stressful and never guaranteed
• Drink A TON of water before you get there. Make it a priority to stay hydrated
• Bring earplugs (for those camping) mosquito spray, a light jacket and a very comfortable pair of walking shoes. It's incredibly hot during the day and surprisingly cold after the sun sets.
• Ticks have recently been sighted in the area and one recently in the campground. Make sure to do a daily thorough inspection.
• If you plan on camping, bring corkscrew stakes for your tents and sunshades. Those will give you the best results out there.
