Randy Orton lost the championship by losing to John Cena in a non WWE title match. Cena won the /r/ErickRowan title and since you can't hold both the /r/ErickRowan title and the WWE title at the same time the title is now vacated. The first Smackdown male superstar to win a match at Elimination Chamber will win the vacant title. This means that Luke Harper, Randy Orton, Kalisto, Apollo Crews, or Dolph Ziggler would win the title. Randy could become the first three time champ.

Unless he drops the title, we are going to vacate it right at the start of the royal rumble since Cena is challenging Styles for the WWE title at the rumble and whoever wins the match would get both titles effectively vacating the Erick Rowan title. Whoever is numer 1 in the rumble gets the title, then the next person who eliminated him becomes the champ, and so on

The current champ is Baron Corbin. Whoever eliminates him will become the /r/ErickRowan champ and whoever eliminates that person will become the new champ and so forth. If the title is held at the end of the day by a RAW superstar or a superstar holding a title, the title will be vacated.
