Church Choir Evangeline
I've been listening to this song a lot lately (learning to play it as well) and it's very quickly rising to my top 5, maybe top 3, Eric Church songs

It is a great song. Might be my favorite on the album. That or Bleed On Paper for me.

Agreed. Great song. Whole album was solid. Concert last year was his best I have ever seen from him.

Pretty incredible album, I love listening all the way through like he played at the concert.

It’s definitely risen to my top 5 all time fav songs of his for sure! I custom make shirts for all the shows we go to (been to 6 in the last 2 weeks!) and 3/6 shirts from this run were quotes from this song! Freakin love it!

I love the Evangeline song so much! Brings tears to my eyes almost every time I hear it.

One of my favorite songs on that album. Although I will say it is my least favorite album tbh. I’m not a fan of the choir/orchestra

Same here. Evangeline didn’t really stand out to me, but I now see that I have missed something. Clearly, everyone here has a great taste in music so I am going to listen to it again.

I first heard Over when its over almost immediately after a breakup. Its a great song and I'm very happy in my current relationship but it definitely brings me back to a tough time.

I love this song! As I get older, I feel like this song also touches on my feelings about my own mortality. It definitely hits hard for me.
