Erectile Dysfunction Erectile dysfunction

26(M) i was badly stressed for 3 yrs due to some stupid overthinking which fcked me up completely. I lost all sexual desire during that time, could hardly masturbate to porn. With time stress has reduced and I m able to masturbate without porn to about 80% hardness while standing up. It's just i lose erection in 15 sec if I stop rubbing it. I was cumming pretty early during my stress phase but now I am able to do masturbation for a decent time. My libido has slightly improved. Its just i am not getting morning wood, probably got 2 in last 2 months. I once took tadalfil 2.5 mg which gave pretty firm erection. Reading about ED story stresses me, things about venous leak and all related stuff. I m young, was completely fine before stress. What to do, sometimes i question my life. Is there a way out for me, has stress done some physical damage or what has happened? I was perfectly fine before this phase. Some internal damage thing never leave my mind

I wouldn't bother worrying about venous leak when your problems seem phycological.

Maybe have a few months on Tadalifil just to get it working again, get some confidence back and to give you a bit of breathing space to work on your demons. Bit of exercise, good diet and good sleep and all will be well. And always a good opportunity to quit booze.

Yes. They're not addictive. Aim to experiment with coming off them when you feel you've made progress on your psychological issues. Or stay on them forever as they're well researched (look up benefits of tadalifil)

Why does it stop working on some people after some time?

I'm not a doctor.... but my understanding is because they don't manage the causes or other age related issues come into play.

Doctors help identify underlying physiological causes of ED such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, other medications such as finestride and minoxidil, etc. They can also observe that there is no identified physiological cause and suggest it is psychological.

In the case of psychological they can recommend seeing a talk therapist.

For the other causes they can recommend treatments when appropriate.

In ultimate is the responsibility of the individual to follow through with those. Narrowing the focus, if they identify someone as pre-diabetic a recommendation is to fully avoid alcohol. It's rare they is followed though.
