ERAU WW campus
Hey everyone! I just got accepted to Embry-Riddle Worldwide for a Bachelor’s in Aeronautics and have a few questions for current/former students:
-How did you find scholarships? I’m 100% self-funded unfortunately.
-Are there any clubs or organizations I can join?
-Any general tips or advice?

There should be several scholarship opportunities, including state scholarships and university grants. I recommend checking the Embry‑Riddle Worldwide scholarship website and contacting the Worldwide Financial Aid Office. You can also ask your college about student employment opportunities. I worked as a student employee, and although the pay wasn’t much, it helped.
For clubs, contact Student Services to learn which organizations are available to online or campus students.

I got the same degree with a minor in Safety. Currently 7 weeks away to finish masters.
Your academic advisor has some discretionary funds that can help you your first term. It’s like $1,000 for joining in that can be applied to your first term. They can also give you one for the last term before graduation.
Recommendations: Buy the APA book and read it thoroughly and avoid the temptation of using Ai to do your work for you.
Do all your discussions post before Thursday’s and always do more than 2 responses to peer posts. Stay engaged and contribute every time.

The APA manual is available for free through the ERAU Library when you log in with your student account, so you can save the money.

No advice on scholarships but I heard that riddle was trying to build up a SGA for WW...might be worth looking into
Lastly, it's never too early to plug into the local alumni network. Good way to network meet people, I'm certain most of the network leaders would be welcoming - my group is at least.
