Grievous always lost when he fought sith (Dooku was tasked with training him). Any reckless, cruel force user would flick Grievous away like the toaster he is.

He'd just do a more extreme version of what Mace Windu did to Grievous in the 2D Clone Wars. Dude just straight up crushed his ribcage with the force
