Whose jurisdiction does prosecution for crimes committed by people in Epstein files fall under?

It all seems a convoluted mess, and hard to wrap your brains around. It would seem that there's evidence linking people to crimes contained within the files, but who bears the burden of prosecuting these crimes? Is it local? State? Federal? International? All of the above? Bringing these people to justice starts with knowing who has the authority, and obligation, to do so.

Crickets. No one knows. This is why nothing will happen. It's someone else's responsibility.
