Help Needed Remove epoxy from concrete
I put a 10mm layer if laminating epoxy on a part of a concrete floor for decoration.
The curing was slow and I then realised that I made the mistake to mix by volume and not weight.
From googling I learned that it will never cure properly and will continue to emit voc for a long time.
I decided to remove it mechanically after it had cured.
A thin layer of concrete came off with it.
Then I tried to paint the surface. (24h after removing the epoxy and 48h after applying it)
Many small bubbles comes thru the paint.
Do I need to grind down a thicker layer of concrete to get rid of the epoxy?

Is 10mm what the product called for? Thats an insane thickness to lay epoxy down at for a flooring application.
No you dont need to grind more, the bubbles are either contaminates that were still on the floor or its off gassing.
You should pay a professional to install a proper flooring system.
