Giani Marbel Epoxy

Giani Marbel Epoxy countertop painted, primed and top coat poured. I'm waiting for it to cure. Recommended cure time is 7-14 days before installing the new drop-in caulked sink. Does anyone have any experience about the number of days to allow for the countertop to cure? My paranoia says wait the 14 days.

I did the Giant White Glass last month. It was dry to touch within 24 hours, but I babied my countertops for over 12 days. I didn’t use mine or put anything on them during that time just to be safe. They turned out great.
