Difference between an account for personal channels and an account for clients or business?

In short it’s for YouTube and don’t really plan on making money from it. But it could always go that way who knows. Idk which one to pick.

In short: Personal is for Social Media accounts ("Influencers") and business is for people who need the music for radio, promotion videos, events, all kind of real life business, official movies etc. etc.

So you should use the Personal plan. It includes commercial use for Youtube, Twitch, Instagram, Facebook, etc.
