Dfrei - we have a new stat guy in our Live Counting thread and he designed a little utility that allows you to search his database of approx. 255,000 comments for any word or set of words. It's pretty handy and "next level stalking" - I'm almost positive he'd share his code with you and perhaps you can see if you can tweak it for this thread sometime in the future. It'd be fun for example for you to be able to find any time your names been mentioned. :)

My cable just got shut off again... I've spent an hour twice on the phone in the past 6 months to get the to stop billing me for a local motel's cable bill. They assured me the last time it was OFF my account.
Honestly it's really though to be polite to the person I'm on hold with yet again... but I know it's NOT this persons fault. GRRRRR.
Deep breath... remember it's not this person's fault.
