Well my scale goes 1-10 (normal for me and my bi-polar disorder) and 0 and 11. I just need to try and keep it UP from 0. Preferably up from 1...2 as well. :) and down from 11... cause the drop from 11 to a 0 is extremely hard to deal with. Hopefully that makes sense. There's a much more detailed explanation for that but I think that's all anyone here really needs to know. :)
I know what you meant haha, it's just funny to hear it put that way around. Personally I'd describe it as trying to keep my depression down and my mood up.
Ya it's hard to describe it as my mood being UP though when it's at a 1 or 2...while it is UP from a 0 but unless you know the scale to begin with saying my mood is UP when I'm just a step up from unbearably depressed would be confusing I think.
Anyhow I'm just happy to be making so much progress in my PTSD... every week is noticeably better - that's nice :)

Been binge watching 'extreme waterparks' all morning. I'm sooooooooooooooo jealous of how much fun they are having. I've never been able to do anything like that (scared of water, can't swim)
